Paul is an experienced, pro-active Health & Fitness Trainer with 19 years experience, offering motivation and expert advice on exercise and health.
He began his training career by completing the YMCA Personal Trainer Award, focusing on modules about nutrition and weight management alongside other fitness-related modules. He then completed an Adidas Sports Performance and Conditioning Trainer Course at Loughborough University, learning advanced skills to help people improve their performance in sports.
Paul worked for four years as Fitness Manager at the Marriott Forest of Arden Country Club, training members, hotel guests and professional golfers (as a Fitness Coach). He then trained employees at the Cable & Wireless College in Coventry and private members at Nuffield Health and Wellbeing Club in Warwick.
Last year Paul qualified as a 'Leader in Running Fitness' and founded Balsall Common Run Club. The club currently has 40+ members with varying fitness levels, each with their own personal running goals. Last year Paul hit his own running goals by completing four big city marathons: Paris, London, NYC and Athens. He is also doing a 'running streak' whereby he runs a minimum of 1 mile a day, every day and has been doing so now for over 3 years.
In total, Paul has worked with over 1000 private clients from a wide variety of backgrounds, helping each one of them to achieve their personal goals. He prides himself on using variety in every training session with every client; all with the same purpose: that all sessions are fun!
