- To be on time – if we are more than 20mins late or cancel within 24hrs, it's free

In return, you promise:
- To be committed to your training programme
- To print, complete and sign our health questionnaire
- To do your homework and complete any agreed training between sessions
- To tell us about any concerns or injuries as soon as they arise
- To give us 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a session*
- To use all bulk purchase sessions by the use-by date*
- If weight loss is one of your goals, to keep a food diary
* Unused or unattended sessions will be forfeited. Exceptional circumstances at the discretion of your trainer.
